Limestone Heavy Damage Repair

JOB DESCRIPTION

Problem Stone spalling severely from salt water intrusion and weathering.

Cause Stone pool coping submerged in salt water system. Water wicking up through the stone and depositing salt and minerals, which then migrate and break pieces of the stone away.

Solution Eliminate salt water system. Stone was then repaired with a custom color-mixed limestone patching system and sanded down.

Result A very nicely blended repair that is UV and moisture stable.
